Seiko Lord Marvel 36000 Hi-Beat Pocket Watch
Introduction:
Since 1958, Lord Marvel had always been the pioneer of Seiko's watch making technologies. The first Lord Marvel was the predecessor of the first Grand Seiko Cal.3180, and Lord Marvel Cal.5740C was the first ever 36000 Hi-Beat Seiko watch. Due to its popularity and relatively affordable pricing, Seiko continued to produce Lord Marvel 36000 Hi-Beat for almost 10 years. This pocket watch was introduced in 1974, when quartz watches started to take over the market. It was the first Seiko pocket watch fitted with a cutting-edge 36000 Hi-Beat movement. The dial aged well and became yellowish naturally, making it more unique than any other examples.
