Seiko SUS 4S15-7020 Military Watch
Introduced in 1996, Seiko SUS was the ultimate result of a special project. Before designing the watch, Seiko conducted surveys on potential customers. It was realized that they actually preferred minimalist watches, just like Japanese military watches during World War 2. SUS, meaning "Simple" and "Strong", was thus issued to the domestic market. It has a military dial that allows reading time at a glance. The movement is a Cal.4S15, a high quality automatic movement originated from King Seiko Cal. 5245. In 2019, Seiko SUS was reintroduced but with quartz movements.
